2-Per-Zip Scarcity
Only two certified contractors per trade, per zip-code cluster. Once both positions are claimed, competing contractors are locked out of that territory.
HomeHub Utility is a territory-based local contractor certification platform and digital property management ecosystem connecting verified trade professionals with property managers, HOAs, and homeowners.
HomeHub limits each trade to two Certified Partners per Houston territory cluster. That reduces direct competition for priority-routed jobs, making every earned position commercially meaningful. Verified service records then help those partners build lasting trust.

Partners may claim up to five zip clusters per trade—enough room to scale without allowing one operator to dominate an entire region.
A permanent digital ledger of services, repairs, warranties, and equipment specifications attached to each residential property.
Certified plumbers, roofers, electricians, HVAC companies, and other non-competing partners exchange emergency and replacement opportunities.
Pre-vetted secondary contractor coverage with continuous compliance, COI verification, and locked-in emergency rates.
HomeHub is designed to help every Houston homeowner or renter find service while rewarding trusted customers and qualified local businesses with deeper benefits.
No consumer membership is required to enter the network. Requests are matched by trade and Houston territory, so the system can serve broad demand without closing the door on anyone.
Certified Partners receive first routing in their protected territories. If they are at capacity, Verified Vendors provide overflow coverage. Completed jobs can move customers into free HomeHub membership.
Homeowners and renters can join after a completed HomeHub job, apply directly, or receive Founding-level service benefits through sponsorship by a Certified Partner.
