Acceptance of terms

By using our websites, submitting a form, requesting an audit or consultation, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Services

American Digital Force provides digital strategy, websites, marketing, AI, automation, consulting, implementation, and related business services. Specific scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables may be governed by a separate proposal or agreement.

SMS messaging program

When you voluntarily check the SMS consent box on an American Digital Force form or text an advertised opt-in keyword, you agree to receive conversational and transactional text messages related to your requested AI Automation Audit, consultation, appointments, and requested services. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent and privacy

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use our services lawfully, and not interfere with our websites, systems, or other users.

Fees and payments

Fees, billing schedules, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility are stated in the applicable proposal, order, checkout, or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, completed work and third-party costs are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

American Digital Force retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methods, software, and trademarks. Client ownership and licenses for project deliverables are governed by the applicable service agreement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided with reasonable professional care, but business, marketing, revenue, and technology outcomes are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, American Digital Force is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
